Menopause can cause multiple symptoms and no two women will be the same. This can be a very difficult time, not only for that person but also for those around them whether at home or at work. Everyone deserves the support to get through this sometimes challenging time.

• Consultations - on-line or in person. Get a better understanding of menopause and how it effects your body. Take control of your symptoms and feeling better.

• Workplace - many women leave their job because of menopause symptoms. Giving support and education to your managers and employees can help with staff retention.

• Group Education - come and join one of my groups to learn more about menopause with others in the same situation. Sometimes just the support of other women helps.
