How long and how we keep information:
Your information will be kept for 8 years following your final consultation. This will be kept on a secure password protected computer, for access only by the clinician consulted.
Who we share information with:
We may share personal information with other health providers such as your GP but only with your consent - unless in the case of an emergency. We do not share your information with any other organisations or individuals.
How to complain:
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice. If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
