Workplace Menopause Education:
Too many women feel unable to speak openly about menopause in the workplace due to fear of judgement or discrimination. This silence can affect productivity, wellbeing, and ultimately lead to valued employees leaving their jobs.
By investing in awareness and support, employers can reduce absence, retain experienced staff, and foster a healthier, happier workforce.
I offer training and information sessions for managers and team leaders, focusing on:
-
What menopause is and how it can impact employees.
-
Practical workplace adjustments that support retention and productivity.
-
How to approach menopause-related conversations with empathy and confidence.

In addition, I run tailored sessions for employees that cover:
-
Recognising symptoms of menopause.
-
Managing symptoms through diet, lifestyle, complementary therapies, and medical options such as HRT.
-
Empowering individuals with knowledge and support to improve their health and happiness—both at home and at work.
Let’s work together to create a workplace where menopause is no longer a taboo, but a topic of informed and supportive conversation.
I currently work with Sussex Police, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as well as some smaller, local companies such as Infinity Foods.
Do you have a menopause policy? If not I can help with that too.
